Governor Deval Patrick Unveils Education Reform Plan

(AP) - Patrick’s so called "Readiness Project" highlighted a push for longer school days, intensive summer school classes  a leasing program for lower-income families to bring home computers. Patrick also revived debate over whether or not undocumented immigrants living in Massachusetts should be allowed to pay in-state tuition rates at public colleges.
