			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>There were so many voices to include in <a href="http://www.radioboston.org/shows/2009/07/22/racial-conflict-in-cambridge/">this week&#8217;s broadcast</a>.  One excellent interview that is definitely worth your time is <a href="http://www.radioboston.org/people/">Jane&#8217;s</a> conversation with <a href="http://www.hms.harvard.edu/orma/poussaint/biography.html">Dr. Alvin F. Poussaint.</a></p>
<p>Dr. Poussaint is an expert on race relations in the United States and a leading researcher on the dynamics of prejudice.  He is a Professor of Psychiatry and <a href="http://www.hms.harvard.edu/orma/index.html">Faculty Associate Dean for Student Affairs</a> at <a href="http://www.hms.harvard.edu/">Harvard Medical School</a>.  Dr. Poussaint is also the Director of the <a href="http://www.jbcc.harvard.edu/advocacy/mediacenter.htm">Media Center</a> at <a href="http://www.jbcc.harvard.edu/">Boston&#8217;s Judge Baker Children&#8217;s Center</a>.</p>
<p>Dr. Poussaint has served as a consultant to various media outlets and programs, most notably <em>The Cosby Show.</em></p>
